Heat Treatment

Annealed: 650 to 700°C (1202 to 1292°F)
Slow controlled cooling in furnace at a rate of 10 to 20°C/hr (50 to 68°F/hr) down to approx. 600°C, (1112°F) further cooling in air. Hardness after annealing: 248HB max.


2,000 ton per month.


Chemical analysis, Mechnical analysis, Ultrasonic testing, Metallographic, Straightness, Surface quality and dimension report.


Each bundles of max 3,000kg with several steel strips, Two tags on each bundle, Wrapped in waterproof paper, PVC sleeve, and sackcloth with several steel strips.

Mill’s Test Certificate

EN 10204/3.1 with all relevant data reg. chem. composition, mech. properties and results of testing.
